Cross-Border Data Transfers

Some of our service providers are located outside Canada, including in the United States. As a result, your personal information may be stored, processed, or accessed in jurisdictions other than Canada.

While your information is outside Canada, it may be accessible to the courts, law enforcement, and national security authorities of that jurisdiction under local law. We take steps to ensure that any service provider handling your information, wherever located, provides a comparable level of protection to that required under PIPEDA.

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, to comply with our legal and accounting obligations, and to resolve disputes. When information is no longer required for these purposes, we take reasonable steps to delete or anonymize it.

08

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

09
